Experience

Nathan has represented financial institutions and businesses in commercial litigation, secured/unsecured financing projects, asset purchases, receiverships, workouts, employment matters, and foreclosures. Nathan assists business and individuals in negotiating contracts and resolving disputes. Additionally, Nathan provides day-to-day legal advice to his business clients in the roll of outside general counsel.

Nathan has represented professionals and individuals in a wide variety of civil disputes. Nathan represents professionals and individuals in employment contracts/disputes, real estate contracts/disputes, licensure complaints to the corresponding state board, estate planning and probate, and related matters.

Education

Nathan graduated from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 2008. While at Creighton, Nathan was a member of the Creighton Law Review. Nathan graduated from Texas A&M University – Commerce in East Texas with a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

Nathan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Bar Association. Nathan speaks Spanish.
